OPI has launched its first neon nail lacquer with the Outrageous Neons mini pack ($19.95), including four limited edition neon shades, a neon white base coat, and OPI top coat. The four fluorescent hues include vivid shades of yellow, orange, pink and purple. The lacquers in this set are formulated with new, FDA-approved neon pigments and, as with all OPI nail lacquers, contain no DBP, toluene or formaldehyde.
